Dnes pak ji\u017e v\u00edme, \u017ee se to net\u00fdk\u00e1 jen hv\u011bzd, ale tak\u00e9 v\u0161ech planet, a to nejen v\u00a0na\u0161\u00ed slune\u010dn\u00ed soustav\u011b, stejn\u011b jako komet a asteroid\u016f.\u00a0\u00a0Zde se pak nab\u00edz\u00ed ot\u00e1zka, pro\u010d zrovna tento tvar. Co je na n\u011bm tak zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edho, \u017ee jej vid\u00edme po cel\u00e9m zn\u00e1m\u00e9m vesm\u00edru? Pro\u010d se planety nezformuj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad do tvaru krychle \u010di dokonce placky? Netrvalo dlouho a d\u016fvod se uk\u00e1zal.\u00a0Jednodu\u0161e \u0159e\u010deno, na vin\u011b je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm gravitace. Ka\u017ed\u00fd objekt m\u00e1 vlastn\u00ed p\u0159ita\u017elivou s\u00edlu, kter\u00e1 je odvisl\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm od jeho hmotnosti. A tu vyza\u0159uje v\u0161ude kolem sebe. Pokud je tedy dostate\u010dn\u011b velk\u00e1, p\u0159it\u00e1hne k\u00a0sob\u011b jin\u00e9, m\u00e9n\u011b hmotn\u00e9 objekty. Ty se t\u00edm p\u00e1dem rovnom\u011brn\u011b rozm\u00edst\u00ed okolo centra gravitace, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se vytvo\u0159\u00ed onen typick\u00fd tvar koule.\u00a0\u00a0Takto fungovala i tvorba planet. Nejprve jich bylo jen p\u00e1r, av\u0161ak t\u00edm se z\u00e1rove\u0148 zvy\u0161ovala jejich hmotnost a tak jich k\u00a0sob\u011b dok\u00e1zaly p\u0159ipoutat st\u00e1le v\u00edc a v\u00edc, a\u017e nakonec vznikla planeta.\u00a0To je koneckonc\u016f tak\u00e9 d\u016fvod, pro\u010d t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed prvky najdeme v\u00a0mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed bl\u00ed\u017ee k\u00a0j\u00e1dru, zat\u00edmco ty leh\u010d\u00ed obvykle bl\u00ed\u017ee k\u00a0povrchu. A to neplat\u00ed pouze u Zem\u011b, a\u010dkoliv jej\u00ed slo\u017een\u00ed je z\u00a0pochopiteln\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f prozkoum\u00e1no zdaleka nejl\u00e9pe, ale v\u00a0podstat\u011b u v\u0161ech vesm\u00edrn\u00fdch objekt\u016f.\u00a0Jist\u011b, gravitace nebyla jedinou silou, kter\u00e1 zde p\u016fsobila. Av\u0161ak je zdaleka tou nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Proto bychom ji v\u00a0\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nem\u011bli podce\u0148ovat.
